Exceeded mail quotas

Currently there are many of you whose mail or home quotas have exceeded. As a result, you cannot receive new messages or move mails from inbox to other mailboxes. This problem is due to tremendous amount of messages you sent and not cleared from your mailbox. According to our analysis, copies of your sent messages that automatically remain in sent directory occupy a lot of
disk space and cause problems both for the users, and for the Freenet administration.

This message is to request you to review the contents of your "sent" folders and print or move the sent messages that you still need to other mail folders until 25 Jun. On that day, we are planning to delete all "sent-mail" folders whose size exceeds 300K.

We would like to remind you that your disk space on the server is limited (3MB on mail inbox and 4MB on home directory containing your other mailboxes and a website if you have one) and request that you avoid keeping big mails with attachments on the server.
